- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Our prices are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, of course. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
All of our receptionists speak English, German. Depending on the person at the reception you can talk to them in Russian, Italian or French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Elevator stops at each of our five floors. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
If requested in advance, it would be no problem for us to arrange. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Unfortunately we can not provide a terrace for our guests. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Unfortunately we can not provide a balcony for our guests. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we can provide non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Satellite TV with choice from over 200 programs is in each room. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Each room is provided with telephone. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Unfortunately we can't provide an air conditioning for our quests but fans can be borrowed at reception, if necessary. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
You can use a common computer next to the reception. This service is for free. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Unfortunately we can't provide a swimming pool for our guests. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking is possible in front of the hotel for free or in our courtyard for a small fee. - Where can we rent a car?
Autopujcovna Renecar, Pivovarska street is the nearest point to rent a car. - Which is the nearest airport?
"Ruzyne Airport". - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
If requested, we can arrange an airport pickup. In this case, please mention this in your reservation. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Nearest railway station is "Smichovske Nadrazi". - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
Unfortunately we can't provide a wellness/fit center for our quests. - Are pets welcome?
We do welcome pets, as well as children. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, we do have a restaurant in our hotel, for further details or group meal requests please e-mail us. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
If you have your own notebook, there is a connection cable to be borrowed at reception, which you can use, only a small refundable deposit is required for borrowing a cable.
