• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price si per room/night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We can settle the bill on arrival or departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speake Czech, English, German, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors in the hotel building with 3 lifts and 6 floors in Suites building with 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We are close to the city centre near to the shopping district but all rooms have noise elimination windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Royal rooftop apartments are with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms are without balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  More than 150 rooms are reserved for non-smokers.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  In all rooms is a telephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Free air conditioning in all rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have "plug-and-play" high-speed Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  52 parking spaces upon payment.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask for a reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyne Airport, 12,5 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a shuttle service from and to the airport upon payment and request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Smichov, nearly 2 km from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The fitness & health centre, Sauna, Solarium, Steam bath, Massage, Beauty parlour and hairdresser services.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcomed upon extra payment.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a Delight Restaurant, Oscar´s Bar and Brasserie, Nagoya - Japanish Restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We have "plug-and-play" high-speed Internet access.
