- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per apartment. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, it is not included. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, it is included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, clients pay upon arrival in cash or by credit card. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
At the reception staff speaks English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are four floors and no lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there are. All rooms feature private and romantic atmosphere. Executive apartments are exceptionally romantic with its king size bed, large bathroom and private sauna. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, linens, towels, bathrobes and slippers are provided. Weekly housekeeping or earlier upon request. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Only Executive apartments have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. All apartments and the building are non-smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, Family and Executive apartments feature satellite Tv with more than 240 international channels and Standard apartments feature cable TV with about 45 international channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialing in each apartment, however, it is activated only for long term stays. Clients can use our mobile phone device for free and buy only a credit. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Air conditioning is only in Family apartments. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, all apartments feature fully equipped kitchen and dining area. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not, but there is a complimentary high speed internet connection in every apartment. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is a public parking around available for free. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car at Praha Ruzyne International Airport or we can arrange a car rental for you. - Which is the nearest airport?
Praha Ruzyne International Airport is the nearest airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do but on request and with extra charge. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest station is Main Station - Hlavni Nadrazi. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. There is a private sauna in Executive apartments only. - Are pets welcome?
Yes, small pets welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not, but there are a famous traditional Czech Brewery House just round the corner and a Pizzeria opposite our residence. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can with Wi-Fi connection.
