  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per person per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not provided.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, our central heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, the bill should be settled upon arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, Italian, Czech, Spanish, Farsi.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are six floors without elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all our rooms, both facing the garden or the street, are private and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All the apartments have rooms to the rear garden, which can be accessed by the guests through the entrance of the establishment.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, they do not.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    The guests are free to smoke when they are renting the apartments. Each of them is private and no other guest has access to it.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    The apartments have TV, but without international channels at the moment.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is no telephone in the apartments.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is no air conditioning, but there is a central heating.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    All apartments have a dining room or a dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Each apartment has a 24 hours free ADSL Internet connection that the guests can use with their own computers or laptop.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Unfortunately we do not have our own parking space or a garage, but there are very good garages nearby.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    We do not offer a car rental service. You can rent a car at the airport or in the many car rentals around the main train station.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Prague Ruzine Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, you will need to give us your arrival details and we can provide a pick up service for you for reasonable prices.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Hlavny Nadrazi, the main train station, is only 700 metres from our residence.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Unfortunately we don't have such facilities in the property, but there are excellent ones nearby.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, we have a 24 hour free ADSL Internet connection.
