• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a buffet breakfast, and it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Czech, some receptionists German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are six floors, with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are particularly appointed, and very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the junior suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, three double rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have an entire non smoking floor (5 rooms).
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and it is included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A free parking is available in front of the Hotel, there is a video camere, but the Hotel is not reponsible for it. However on request we have some places in an outside controlled parking at 5 minutes walk (this is extra charged).
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception we can arrange it for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Praha Ruzyne airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we provide a hotel taxi service on request.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Holesovice station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is one at 20 minutes walk.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but they are extra charged.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
