Charles Bridge and many other places of interest are by foot just several minutes away. The tradition of Hotel Atlantic dates back to the 17th century when it was a roadside inn, "The Green Ox". In 1845 the first railroad engine arrived at what is known today as Masaryk Railway Station. |
The inn was rebuilt and converted into a hotel and renamed "The English Court". Many members of royalty and other prominent guests stayed in its spacious, comfortable rooms. In 1935 it was re-named Hotel Atlantic and in 2005 was reconstructed and modernized. The property features comfortable rooms of which some have access for the disabled. All rooms are with showers, WCs, satellite TVs, direct-dial (IDD) telephones and safety deposit boxes. |
The ground floor of the hotel has a cozy lobby bar, a billiard table, a lovely winter garden and the newly re-opened Restaurant "Fiesta" which serves original Pilsner Urquell draught beer. Hotel Atlantic also has available convenient modern conference facilities for all types of business and social purposes. All rooms in the hotel are equipped with free of charge Wi-Fi Internet connections. PC terminal with Internet access for guests are situated in the lobby for guests' convenience.
