• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and no lift..but we usually help guests with the luggage!
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is but it is available only in summer free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet point on the other side of the street.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyne sirport (12 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do upon request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hadrazi Holesovice and Hlavni nadrazi are at approx. 1,5 km far from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a restaurant on the ground floor but it doesn't belong to the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
