• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All offered prices are per room and night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  All offered prices are per room and night including buffet breakfast, services, VAT and city tax.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  There is no problem to settle the bill on arrival at the reception.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is the lift to all floors of the Bellagio Hotel Prague.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Bellagio Hotel Prague offers large sunny luxurious rooms with comfortable double bed or 2 single beds. Stylish italian furnishing and finest fabrics, spaceous bathroom, safe, minibar, high speed internet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Unfortunately the rooms/apartment do not have terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  You may find 4 rooms with the balcony in our hotel.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Bellagio Hotel Prague offers 8 rooms with air conditioning. There are no additional charges for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Unfortunately there are no free parking space near the hotel. You may park your car in the private garages nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the Ruzyne Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Bellagio Hotel Prague offers pickup or dropoff to the airport. We do offer this service upon request (this service is charged).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Hlavni nadrazi Praha.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Unfortunately there are no fitness centers in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  "Ristorante Isabella" is an upscale, elegant and romantic restaurant located in the brick-vaulted cellar of Bellagio Hotel Prague. It offers and extensive buffet breakfast and contemporary Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All rooms are equipped with high speed internet connection.
