• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It is included, and it is prepared individually for each room: fresh rolls are prepared every morning and left in front of the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Checz, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, and we don't have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One of the De Luxe suites has a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  They all are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, and they all have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, at the reception desk and on request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are underground garages at about 300 metres from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyne airport, at aproximately 14 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The main station: Hlavni Nadrazi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a wine bar that proposes cold dishes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
