The pick up service was excellent and felt very organised and comfortable.

The room was superb, however the lock was a little tricky and proved difficult on the first night as we were unaware of how to open it and weren't shown, there was also no-one on reception to help so the bar staff had to try.

The hotel was wonderful and I have since recommended it to lots of friends when they visit Prague. It was exceptional quality.

Exceptional roomy accomodation, giving an independent feel to the stay as it felt like your own place. In a gorgeous part of the town with perfect placing for all tourist attractions.
Go stay there!

Only problem we had were workmen were working on the adjoing building and this started at 7.00 am which was not very funny.

Location excellent, exceptionaly clean and spacious. Well worth staying, would stay again
