By Plane
The Letiště Praha, or Ruzyné, is the main airport serving Prague and the Czech Republic: it welcomes flights from all over Europe on a daily basis, and is located only 16 kilometres from Botel Matykda. It is pretty easy to reach the ptoperty by using the various means of public transport.
By Car
If your plane lands in Letiště Praha Airport, continue along K Visnovce and after passing the town of Hostivice, turn right into Jiráskova. Afterwards turn left into E48 / 6 / Ceskoslovenské Armády and this track will lead you out of Hostivice. Drive around 10 kilometres along the A6 highway, pass Praha 17 and
you will come to central Prague. You must take Strahovsky Tunel and continue along Plzenska street. Then turn right in Radlická and left in Ostrovskeho. Take your left in Nadrazni and continue along Vltavska, before taking Horejsi Nabrezi, a street parallel to the river- up to Jiraskuv Most bridge. Once you cross river Vltava, the boat is tied up on Rašínovo Nábrěží street, next to the bridge. (25 minutes).
By Train
At the Letiště Praha take bus number 100 up to the station "Zlicin", get on the subway (line yellow or B) and descend at Karlovo namesti stop. At this station, get out through the exit for Palackeho namesti and then take the tram number 17 up to the stop known as Jiraskovo namesti. You can also reach the property by train: at the railway stations Holesovice and Hlavni, get on the subway (line red or C), and change to the yellow line at Florenc station. Get off at Karlovo namesti and follow the directions already described. |
