- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The prices placed on the web site are per room/night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast and all local taxes are included in the price. Breakfast is buffet-style. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
This is optional: you can pay at your arrival, or at the check-out. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English, German and some receptionists speak French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Because of the historical building it was impossible to implement the lift into our building - so our building has 3 floors. But no worries, we have 2 rooms located on the ground floor - these are easy to enter for hadicaped people. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
We are in the downtown area - the most visited area in Prague, but we are not located on the main street. So far we can talk about quiet rooms. Privacy is guaranteed by th newest technology of the keys. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Towels, cosmetik (shampoo, shower gel, soap) and the bath cap is included in the price and we change it every day by everyday cleaning. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
It was impossible to make any surface building changes so unfortunatelly we do not have terraces. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

Each room in our accommodation facility is non smoking, because of many alarms installed (including smoke alarm). But we have a special place designate as smoking area. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
In the room is TV with satelite receiver - we are receving the signal from 2 satelites and You can choose from more than 300 channels (all international). - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
for now we are offering divert calling (You will call the reception and we will divert your call). Direct phones are in progress. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There are only 2 biggest rooms equiped with air conditioning. Regarding to our experience there is no need for air conditionnning in the other rooms. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
We are providing only breakfast services. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Of course, even if your notebook supports the wi-fi connection you can use the reception for surfing on the internet. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
Unfortunatelly we do not own swimming pool. - Is parking or garage available?
Parking place is placed in our backyard - be sure by your reservation you were asking for parking place, because of the limited number of the parking places. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent it at the reception desk - just ask the receptionist and we will assist you to choose your car and the best conditions. - Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is apprx. 19 km (apprx. 12 miles) far from our Hotel. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We do have our own taxi service for reasonable prices. - Which is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is the Main railway station (Hlavni nadraži), but even to the second biggest we are really not so far. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
In the backyard of our Hotel is located the company (Pilates studio) and we do have really good relationship, they are taking care about our guests. - Are pets welcome?
We prefer not have pets in our Hotel. But it happened during the last season. We are really not prepared to give Your pet an extra care. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
We are still working on our restaurant, but on the other side of the street there is a really good restarant. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
In each room You can find highspeed internet connection. The reception staff is trained to help you to connect you r notebook to our local net.
