• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room / apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is always included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you may settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Russian, partly German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are only 2 floors, no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are very quiet as Drazickeho sqare is small quiet place almost without traffic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are always provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Two rooms have a terrace, unfortunatelly there is wiew only to the courtyard from them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have a satellite TV. There is approximatelly 150 channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, but international calls and skype calls are available from the reception. Local calls are free.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are equipped with fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, but only in the 2-bedrooms apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is free internet access and Wi-Fi signal in all rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No,there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes, you may rent a car nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyne International Airport, journey takes about 40 minutes.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a private shuttle but co-operate with very reliable nad cheap partner.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Holesovice railway station, Hlavni nadrazi and Main railway station are all closeby.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In the property there is only the breakfast room. Restaurants are just in the next house and in the opposite house at 10 meters far.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Wi-Fi signal, we can lend you USB wi-fi adapter if you dont have it in your computer.
