• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is indeed included and it is a continental one.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  All of our receptionists speak very good English. And some speak also German, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our hotel has 3 floors and there is an elevator(lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Of course there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only in one room there is a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all rooms there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no extra charge for our air conditioning which is in every room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In all rooms Internet connection is possible.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have our own parking place but at about 5 minutes walking distance there is an underground security parking (in Palach Square).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyně Aiport, at aproximately 20 minutes drive from the Hotel.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange transfer from/to the aiport for an extra fee.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The main station: Hlavni Nadrazi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  During the summer time our guests can enjoy our summmer garden restaurant in front of the hotel Clementin. And during the winter time you have at your disposal a pleasant Café directly at the hotel, where guests can taste delicious desserts, coffee or wine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
