• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are quoted per room night and include accommodation, breakfast, and all local taxes and charges.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A rich buffet style breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and a personal lift to all floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is cable/satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dial phone with PC modem point.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, some rooms are air conditioned, there´s no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have free Internet access in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have own secured car parking for a fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can book it for you at the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyně International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we provide hotel transports with fix rates.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Main Train Station (Hlavni Nadrazi).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
