• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish, Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors, with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There are 3 rooms - suites which have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Non smoking rooms are available on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV with foreign channels is available in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air-conditioning is only available in attic rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There are no web points, only dial-up connection in the rooms or ISDN at the meeting room for an extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are no sport facilities.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage is available, there is space up to 18 cars, for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can arrange it at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague Ruzyne, 8 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, taxi or shuttle bus pick-up are available upon request for an extra fee.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni nadrazi - Main railway station, 3 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Restaurant Constans.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, the service is charged.
