• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the rates.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer. You can pay by credit card, by cash or by cheque.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish and Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 24 floors with 4 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is. It is an indoor heated pool open Monday-Friday 6:30am-10pm, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays 7am-10pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Through concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyně Prague airport (24 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do have a limousine service.

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. Superior rooms through modem, Business and Executive rooms have Wi-Fi access.
