• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and night.

  The price is inclusive of buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 26 floors with 5 lifts in lobby area.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, especially the rooms on Executive floors.

  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have 9 non smoking floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with numerous international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel. Opening hours from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm.

  Yes, both available.

  Prague Ruzyne airport (22 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.

  Prague main railway station (Hlavni Nadrazi), 3 km direct access by metro.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is a fitness center with state-of-the-art gym, sauna, steam bath and swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are 3 restaurants, Toscana (Italian food), Rickshaw (Asian food) and the informal "Beer and Bowling".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
