- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 8am until 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Continental breakfast is available upon a small extra charge per person per day. It typically includes fresh juice and milk, unlimited tea, coffee, and cocoa, and a selection of breads and rolls with butter and jam. Cereals and yogurt, as well as fruit are also provided and any special dietary requests are honored if given 24 hours notice. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Czech, German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We are on the second floor. A lift will be in operation as of August 1, 2008. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
The inner rooms overlook a courtyard but there is no access to the ground floor. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, just large windows that open. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
All of our rooms are non-smoking. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All rooms are equipped with satellite television. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There are direct dial phones in all rooms. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
There are fans that can be used in summer, and heating in each room. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
There is free wi-fi access throughout the pension and in the rooms. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is no swimming pool on the property, but there are several near by, ranging from 2-4 euro per hour (40-120 kc). - Is parking or garage available?
There is a parking garage available near by for an extra charge of 20 euro per night. - Where can we rent a car?
We can help arrange car rentals through a nearby agency. - Which is the nearest airport?
Prague Ruzyne. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Shuttle service to and from the airport can be arranged. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Hlavni Nadrazi, just one metro stop away from I.P. Pavlova, which is a five minute walk from Dahlia Inn. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is no fitness center on the property, but there are some nearby that welcome tourists. - Are pets welcome?
Yes. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, although there are several international and czech restaurants nearby. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Free wi-fi is available in each room.
