• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included in the price of the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Upon arrival we ask for a credit card number or a deposit as a guarantee for your stay. All charges shall be paid upon check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Czech and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking rooms are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a colour TV with satellite channels in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is included.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  WiFi Internet is available in all public areas near reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage available. Reservation is recommended.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Reception will provide all information about car rental.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague - Ruzyne is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle service or taxi pick-up is available at an extra cost.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The main train station, Prague Hlavni Nadrazi, is about 1000 meters from the hotel. Masarykovo Train Station is also about 1 kilometer from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcomed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can but only from the rooms on low floor.
