Time spent in prague absolutely fantastic such a breath-taking city simply beautiful. Hotel was a good distance from the city centre was able to sleep! Only problem was the beds - they were solid as a rock and left with a very achy back apart from that very modernised hotel. Thank you for having us!

Unfortunately lady of reception was not aware of our departure and status of stay. It took several times to tell her that i hadnt yet paid and didnt request payment to be put through my card and had the cash up front to pay with. Was quite distressed at this thought but again eventually sorted out.
Suggestion of more communication between staff on all bookings.

That the beds look comfortable but are in fact like lying on a plank of wood.

A very modernised building with simple yet stylish decorated rooms and clean fresh atmosphere. Recommended despite slight hiccups.
