• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast (lavish buffet) is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Two floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, all rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  All rooms have entrance to terrace but no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning but the building dates back to the 14th century and it is very fresh!
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but there is an Internet point close by.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Swimming pool and sauna is available in Hotel Pyramida from 7 am to 10 pm.
• Is parking or garage available?
  One open-air parking is nearby. You can also use the Savoy Hotel garage (also nearby)at extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly at the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyne Airport (12 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. We also arrange pick up at the airport or train station. All that you have to do to order this service is sending us your arriving details in advance. Our English speaking driver is also ready for trips to any place you want to visit.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Smíchov Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Swimming pool and sauna are available in Hotel Pyramida from 07:00 - 22:00. Fitness in Hotel Savoy same hours as swimming pool.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Domus Henrici has only lounge, a cosy room with a period tiled stove. You can also sit down and relax at one of the two southern terraces which overlook the Petrín Gardens where you can hear birdsong and the bells of Loreta in peace. We serve coffee, soft and alcoholic drinks, omelettes, toasted sandwiches and other light snacks throughout the day.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
