Valet parking is not included in the price and costs about EUR 24,00. Children until 12 years of age, sleeping in their parents' room, stay free of charge. Use of the wireless Internet access is included in the price. Use of the Internet point is included in the price. Club lounge with daily refreshments, welcome drink, refreshing mint are included in the price. Wake up call with tea and coffee with fresh baked pastries served from 7 a.m. are included in the price. Towels are provided upon arrival free of charge. Pillow and bedding are provided free of charge. Concierge with DVD library is free of charge. Luggage unpacking & packing service is included in the price. Evening turn-down service with good-night amenities is included in the price. Morning newspaper delivery is free of charge. | Cancellation Policy | |
It is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge till 24 hours prior to arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no show, we will require a charge of one night room rate. Special cancellation policy applies for all reservations that include the stay in the period from 29th December 2008 until 1st of January 2009. Reservations may be cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival in order to avoid the penalty 80% of the reservation value.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. |
