• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning only in the attic rooms (free of charge and individually controlled).
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. We also offer free Internet access from then rooms
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public parking beside the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge to organize for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague Ruzyne airport (11 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but we can book a taxi for you (extra cost).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni nadrazi and Holešovice nadrazi are both at approx. 4 km far from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small dogs only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, just a coffee bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can for free.
