Reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior the arrival date without any fee. In case of late cancellation or no-show, first night penalty will be charged. Cancellazione consentita entro 48 ore prima della data di arrivo senza penale. In caso di cancellazione oltre i suddetti termini o in caso di no- show verrŕ addebitato l'importo della prima notte.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
