Apollo Hotel is placed on a quiet area but at only 5 subway stations from the city center and the newest part of the city (New Prague). The medieval center (Old Prague), with the Jewish Synagogue and neighborhood is close to, and you will not want to miss it. From the Old city, crossing the bridge you will encounter Prague Castle, one of the most beautiful and impressive buildings in Europe. This is, of course, Prague's most famous attraction, and worth it to visit. According to the Guinness World Records, it is the largest ancient castle in the world - 570m/1870ft long, an average of 128m/420ft wide and covering a total area bigger than seven football fields. Walk around and get lost in the narrow streets of this lovely city, sightseeing and observing all the different facades of each neighborhood. Don't forget to take a trolley trip! |
