• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the price include hot buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. We need just credit card guarantee including security code CVC, CVV or BATCH.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes in all rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  A/C not available.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet free of charge in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park the car in front of the hotel or at a distant guarded parking, located 500 metres from the Capri, where you will be charged.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes. Please ask reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague Ruzyne (PRG).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, please contact reception. Service is for additional cost.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni nadrazi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, free of charge. We just charge a refundable deposit for each pet.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a pizzeria!
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, Internet free of charge in the lobby only.
