  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The prices placed on the web site are per room/night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast and all local taxes are included in the price. Breakfast is buffet-style.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    This is optional: you can pay at your arrival, or at the check-out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English and some receptionists speak French, German and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors in the building with three elevators.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    We are in the city centre - the most visited area in Prague. We offer quiet, private rooms.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of the rooms have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. We offer non smoking rooms and smoking rooms as well.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a satellite TV in the rooms with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is air conditioning in all rooms. No extra charge for it.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We provide free wireless Internet for all guests.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Unfortunatelly we do not have swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have a garage in the building.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent it at the reception desk - just ask the receptionist and we will assist you to choose your car and the best conditions.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is apprx. 20 km (apprx. 12 miles) far from our Hotel.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    We do have our own taxi service but we can arrange a pickup or shuttle service for you.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is the Main railway station (Hlavni nadraži).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a small fitness center in the property.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, they are not.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, there is a restaurant in the property. The ABC gastronomic restaurant, with capacity to seat 30 persons, offers a select Mediterranean cuisine, peppered with some regional dishes from Galicia, a cuisine that highlights it amongst the restaurants of the area. There is also a lobby bar.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    In each room you can find high speed Internet connection.
