Cancellation fees: 1. cancellation less than 1 day before the day of arrival = we charge 100% of the first night. 2. NO SHOW = we charge 100% amount of the reservation. 3. HOT DEAL = non-refundable paymenf. Full cost of will be charged immediately. Credit card details: 1. We need CVV or CVC code of the credit card to confirm the reservation. 2. Your credit card will be charged in two days from the reservation day. Your credit card will be charge by AVE a.s. (hotel owner).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
