• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes of course, price includes hot buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we just need credit card numbers for guarantee.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In all of the rooms there is satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is not available.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a free internet point in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The Hotel does not have its own parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Please contact the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague - Ruzyne (PRG).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, Please ask the reception to order it. The service is for an additional cost.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni nadrazi - Main rail station (international).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are, but we ask for a refundable deposit for each pet.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, in our hotel there is a restaurant with original Balkan cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but Internet access is free of charge in the lobby.
