In case of no show or late cancellation the first night will be charged on your credit card. For group reservations (more than 5 rooms): canc. 30-21 days before arrival 10% of total amount canc. 20-11 days before arrival 30% of total amount canc. 10-3 days before arrival 50% of total amount canc. 2 -0 days before arrival 100% of total amount PREPAID NON REFUNDABLE RATE: Total amount will be charged upon reservation and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 96 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
