Staff smiling and very kind !
When arriving they proposed us directly to pay (in EURO or in CZK)but they charged us 1 extra night by mistake. But as we showed our voucher, they immediately cancelled it for free !

I knew that the hotel was situated in a main street. So it means a lot of traffic and noise. It's why it was quiet difficult to sleep the 1st night ! For us, it was not a problem because we have the habit to travel but for other persons it can be a big big problem. Another thing to signal is the thin blanket for each person in the room. In general we can find extra ones in the room and here not, we had a bit cold even with the heating.

Nothing I think, except just to inform the hotel (over blanket and noise) but these are things that don't need to be added online.

Nice and cheap city hotel in the new town n(not far from the old town and well situated for transport). Big bedroom and a quiet big breakfast buffet

5 minutes walking to Pavlova subway, 15 to Museum. Nice people, acceptable room. Quite cold in the bathroom due to old windows. Summer is better to stay there than winter. Acceptable room. You know that all hotels in Prague have an extra star than reality. If you like comfort, choose 4 stars in Prague. ABE is acceptable, like all other 3 stars hotels. So do not expect luxury. New elevator available. Internet in the rooms did not work but it could have been solved if needed. I did not have time for it. And.. internet was free, while at Novotel/Ibis was 25 eur/day !!!! Anyway, not bad, not excelent. Nice people.
