I felt the maid service during our stay could have been better. One day we loosely made our own beds & that's how they were left. There was also dust on the furniture from the building site outside (which I have to say didn't really bother us at all, as the windows were very soundproof) which didn't seem to be cleaned away each day, however the room itself was lovely and spacious. Our friends who needed use of the disabled room were delighted with the facilities of this room (as I was), it made the stay so much better for them. The coffee/tea making facilities in the rooms were a major plus for a Prague hotel!

A hotel I would very defintely go back to. Very nice, comfortable friendly hotel. Superb location and good value. And they have coffee and tea making facilities!
