• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breaskfast is included in the price, and it is a breakfast buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian (somebody).
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with elevator and the 6th floor is without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of them are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, they have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have the 4th floor non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have 5 parking place in front the hotel and 5 place in garage (5 minutes from hotel by walk).
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have contract with company, which rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  18 km, Prague Ruzyne.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a contract with a company, which provides it.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  1,5 km to the Central Station, Hlavni Nadrazi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have sauna, jacuzzi and Turkish bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, for an extra fee.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  We have an international restaurant - open daily 7-22.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, of course.
