ADA Restaurant: Chef Clement Martial and his team feature their culinary art in Hotel Hoffmeister's recently refurbished ADA Restaurant, which was awarded six stars and five stripes by 2005 Seven Stars and Stripes - American Dream Magazine, and was rated 8th best in the Czech Republic by Grand Restaurant 2004. The fine dining menu offers French-influenced international cuisine, as well as Czech and Wellness gourmet cuisines.
 
Ria Café: The hotel's RIA Café offers casual dining on its flower and umbrella bedecked patio, and its bar features vintage international and selected Czech and Moravian wines, mostly available only in the Czech Republic.

Lily Wellness & Spa: The first Wellness Centre in Prague. The Hoffmeister's unique Cave Spa with Stonebath, part of an excavation originally dug out of the rock in the 15th century, offers a variety of wellness therapies, Sisley Cosmetics salon, plus carefully prepared "Wellness Cuisine" and separate amenities for ladies and gentlemen.
