All rates are inclusive of VAT, minibar, health club, daily newspaper and welcome drink on arrival. Onsite Pure Spa treatments are subject to an extra charge; details on request. Parking is not included in the price and costs approx. EUR 30,00 a night. In-room Internet access is not included and costs approx. EUR 6,00 for 30 minutes, EUR 10,00 for 1 hour and EUR 20,00 for 24 hours. Pets accommodation is not included and costs approx. EUR 35,00 a night. Transfer service from/to the airport is not included and costs approx. EUR 39,00 (one way). The shuttle service to Wenceslas Square is included in the price.

| Cancellation Policy | |
You may cancel the booking free of charge until 24 hours prior the arrival. Reservation is guaranteed and will be held overnight. In case of no-show the one night will be charged to your credit card. PREPAID NON REFUNDABLE RATE: Total amount will be charged upon reservation and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
