| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellation fees: 1. cancellation less than 3 days before the day of arrival = we charge 100% of the first night. 2. NO SHOW = we charge 100% amount of the reservation. 3. Non-REFUNABLE = we charge 100% of the reservation. Credit card details: 1. We need CVV or CVC code of the credit card to confirm the reservation. 2. Your credit card will be charged in two days from the reservation day. Your credit card will be charge by AVE a.s. (hotel owner).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
