• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  There is a full buffet breakfast, and it is included in the price.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech, English, German and Russian.
  
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Rooms are all quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two apartments have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have Internet access on computers at the reception for an extra fee. Internet connection is available in all rooms - free of charge.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private non stop garden parking at 250 metres from Hotel, for a little extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our receptionists can arrange it. The company bring the car to the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ruzyně International Airport (17 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, and it is extra charged.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Main Wilsons station, 1.5 km - Hlavni Nadrazi
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, open daily till 11 p.m.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. Internet access is available in each room for free.
