• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is a buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, pre-payments are possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Swedish, Russian, Italian, Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3, lift and they are available for 2 floors; the last floor is reachable by a stairway.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are no terraces or balconies. The courtyard in the hotel is used as parking.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  On request non smoking rooms can be provided.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite TV is available in every room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Direct dial phones are available in each room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air-conditioning without surcharge is available in all rooms except for 2 rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Internet Point is available at the reception for an extra fee.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There are no sport facilities.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available in the courtyard for an extra fee. It is guarded, and has a capacity of 5-7 cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception - concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague Ruzyne airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, for an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Prague Main Railway Station - Hlavni nadrazi.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have such facilities.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is the Restaurant - Café and Club Metamorphis available.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, dial-up connection from every room, for an extra fee are available.
