Reservation at NON REFUNDABLE RATE is pre-paid at the time of fix reservation and it cannot be changed or cancelled, in case of no show the full amount is paid and it is non refundable. Reservation at standard rate can be cancelled upto 2 days prior arrival (deadline 6PM). In case of no show or in case of cancellation a day prior arrival or later the amount eq. to the price of the 1st night accommodation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
