• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment. Number of people included is mentioned in room description.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not provided, but there is a fully equipped kitchen in each apartment, so you can prepare your own breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You have to pay upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Czech.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of them have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite TV in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  AC can be delivered upon request at extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, each apartment has a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is but at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Prague Ruzyne.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, to book it we need a flight number and landing time.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Prague Main Station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but some of our apartments have a jacuzzi bathtub.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
