There was no real reception at this place as it is an apartment however, the driver did meet us on time at the airport. Would be nice to not have to pay an additional 24 euros for the ride from the airport. ... The only staff members we had contact with after the first day were a security guard and the woman who checked the apartment when we were done. The security guard came right into our room the first night demanding some type of peper that we didn't have....he didn't speak English and we didnt understand czech so I still do not know what he was saying! The woman at the end was also upset that we had an extra set ofkeys, something likely confused by the fact that our two parties arrived at different times. Calling the staff at the main office was easy and efficient. ... No. ... A big apartment with more than enough space for the six of us including our own kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Very good area, close to all the sites without being in the centre of the touristy area. Quiet. Only drawback is no telephone in the room so you need to walk to payphones (that don't always work) to make all calls.

The office is difficult to get to and IMPOSSIBLE to park near. At check 2nd check in, the doors were locked (both outer and in side!) so I was fortunate to have someone coming out who let me in! ... Originally we had asked for a TWIN accommodation. The room was set up for a DOUBLE. A 'floor-level' bed was brought in to accommodate the second person, but it was not very comfortable. ... Be sure to tell people that there is ABSOLUTELY no parking near the apartment. And that if parking is required it will cost 15 - 20 Euros per night! This was an expense we had not anticipated. ... Right in the center of Prague within walking distance of all the major tourist sites. A wonderful place to stay and see Prague.
