• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before Midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room for 2 sharing adults. However, they carry an extra bed surchage for each additional guest in the room, over the age of 6.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is indeed included, and can be brought to your room upon request.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, though it is customary to settle the bill upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our receptionists all have a good command of English. They are also able to communicate in French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Given the age of the buildings, we have not yet managed to find a sensible solution to the inclusion of a lift. However all rooms are on the first floor of the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We believe all our rooms carry this designation, but we are able to supply extra candles.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One sought-after Junior Suite has a balcony overlooking the Old Town Square.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. Our Satellite television has channels in English and German.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no extra charge for our air conditioning which is in every room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, though every guest has the possibility of using the Internet connection in every room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking space is available in a garage no more than 300 metres away.
• Where can we rent a car?
  A car rental agency is also aproximately 300 metres away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Prague international airport is aproximately 20 minute drive from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a taxi to come and pick up our guests on arrival or departure.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Central Train Station (Hlavní Nádraží) is less than 800 metres away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, especially dogs.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Our restaurant is scheduled to be open in the Summer.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
