Reception was excellent with all our details available at the desk. Porter very polite, taking our luggage to our room and helpful in explaining how the electric, safe etc. worked.
Only drawback was that taxi arranged by hotel to collect us from the airport did not arrive.
Hotel was extremely apologetic and provided us with refreshments within minutes of us occupying our room.

Everything about the hotel met our expectations with staff from reception to cleaners being smartly dressed, extremely helpful and very polite which made our stay most enjoyable.

Porter on hand to take our luggage to taxi.

Good quality, comfortable accommodation with polite, helpful and professional staff at a central location close to all the major attractions in the city.

Very pleasent stay and great location. I was a little dissapointed about the check in time of 3pm. As I arrived from the states via Amsterdam and would have like them room ready for me, but I do understand.

Excellent - Would recommend to friends and family. I will stay again when I return to Prague.

This is a fantastic property - the room is large and spacious - we had the balcony room that over looks Old Town Square - great to have a cocktail on the balcony in the evening.

Be sure to note that on the balcony room, the draperies are a lighter material, hence, once the sun rises in the morning, if you are prone to awakening with sunlight, you will be up - there is no way to make the room darker for sleeping later.

We would definately recommend - we loved the place - very convienent to all locations - everything is walkable. Great room - largest we have ever had in EU and trendy accomodations.

Very nice hotel in the centre of old Prague. Spacious room. Fantastic location within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Prague. Also close to many restaurants.
