Cancellations are possible without a charge until 6:00pm (CET) a day prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no show we charge one night. PREPAID NON REFUNDABLE RATE: Total amount will be charged upon reservation and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
