• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The full buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  On request it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech, English, German, Italian, Spanish and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 8 floors and it is equipped with elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The Hotel has 3 non smoking floors.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each room there is a TV with wide scale of international TV channnels and pay-TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Each room is equipped with 2 direct dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The Hotel is fully air-conditioned. In the guest room there is individually adjustable air-conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the business center.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The Hotel dispose of a private the undeground garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The concierge services will arrange a car for you via rent-a-car or Hertz.

  The nearest airport is Praha Ruzyne, at 18 km from hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The Hotel provides the limousine car transport, this service is not included in the room rate.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Praha Hlavni nadrazi, 1 km from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the Hotel there are massage room and sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pet are allowed for an extra fee.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There are three restaurants in the Hotel.

  Wi-Fi Internet access is available in each guest room.
