• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All prices are calculated per room/per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental breakfast in form of buffet is included into the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech, English, part of staff speak also Italian and Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, customers can buy a telephone card and use the public phone situated in the pension.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  The breakfast lounge is available. All apartments have the sitting area.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, we can arrange the parking place near the pension at an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent it at the reception desk - just ask the receptionist and we will assist you to choose your car and the best conditions.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  International airport Ruzyne situated approx 18km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  It can be arranged.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Main Railway station situated approx 1km far from the Pension.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, for an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
