• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Czech, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Penzion is at the 4th floor and there is an elevator. But the Penzion itself is composed of two floors, and the second floor is reachable only by stairs.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and cosy.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms have satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an Internet point for free.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At 5 minutes form the Penzion.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Praha Ruzyna airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can order a taxi, or organize a transfer.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Hlavni nadrazi, the main train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have wi-fi Interent connection for free.
