• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We offer a rich buffet breakfast, included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Czech partly German, French, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and nice.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, all is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a nice internal courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes in some of the rooms, and it is free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the lobby, and it is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a guarded parking nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Prague Ruzyne Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do arrange pickup and shuttle services.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Main Prague Railway Station (Praha Hlavni nadrazi).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is one nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we only have breakfast room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can have Internet connection only at the reception.
