the only problem we experienced was that the air=conditioner blew right onto the bed; we had to cover our heads with towels to be able to sleep.

The carpet was not clean. During our stay there were no housekeeping services. There were two empty condom boxes under the chair. Clearly housekeeping here could improve!
The breakfast was good. The staff was polite and helpful, but housekeeping seemed absent. Maybe I was expecting too much, but the price was not exactly cheap!

Just the housekeeping issue!
